Stairs

All our stairs are made by a local Cork-based company, Kaferkey Joinery, Donaghmore and we will endeavour to match every detail of your existing stairs.

Insulation

We use superior insulation, Kingspan or Xtratherm board between rafters and exterior walls which complies with the current Building Energy Rating (BER). We believe it is imperative to use the best quality insulation to maintain the structural integrity of your roof.

Structure

We use a breathable lifetime spray foam, enveloping the complete atttic space, we believe it is
imperative to us the best quality insulation to maintain the structural integrity of the roof.
